Resources Available for Residents impacted by Covid19

Thank you to those tenants who have reached out to us and provide written documentation of their hardship. We are working with rental owners on a case by case basis to see if we can offer some relief. 

If you have lost your place of employment temporality or indefinitely, you should apply online for Maryland unemployment benefits. This is something you have a right to. The phone lines are extremely busy so for faster response time please apply directly online if you have not done so already:

If you receive any government assistance programs like Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership, Section 8, Mayor Office of Homelessness and/or St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore, you should be contacting the agency right away as they have programs where they can adjust your rent during this time. 

Additionally, the following Maryland employers may be hiring during the Covid19 lockdown.

Amazon announced plans to hire around 100,000 warehouse and delivery workers. According to Amazon’s job website, there are several jobs listed at different locations in Maryland.

CVS is also looking to expand staff across Maryland. According to the company website, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and increased need in health care, it is looking to fill about 32,000 full- and part-time positions.
